We had an outstanding experience with Frank and the entire team at Arch Inspections. We are in the process of potentially purchasing a home built in the 1870s, so finding an inspector with deep expertise in historic Victorian homes was incredibly important. Frank's knowledge of older homes was immediately evident, and he knew exactly what to look for. From start to finish, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly communicative. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered every question patiently, and made what can be a stressful experience feel organized and manageable. The inspection itself was exceptionally thorough. No detail was too small—they identified everything from minor maintenance items to significant structural concerns that could have easily been overlooked. Their report was an incredible 95 pages, complete with detailed explanations, photos, and clear recommendations, and it was delivered the very next day. I also have to mention how fantastic their online portal is. Everything is organized in one place, making it easy to review findings, and it even allows you to generate repair requests or credit lists directly from the identified defects. That feature made the negotiation process with our attorney incredibly straightforward. If you're buying a home anywhere in Northern New Jersey, I can't recommend Arch Inspections highly enough.
