The entire Arch Inspections team was a delight to work with! They were highly professional and brought all the correct people to site to complete the inspection. Some of the trades that were brought in were also conveniently local to our site, so we will be able to contract with them for any improvements that we will need to make to the property. The inspector should explain issues about the home. Not try to talk their client out of buying Then tell them there is a discount if they decide to buy another place.
