1. General Building Condition

• Structural Integrity: Check for any signs of damage to walls, floors, ceilings, or foundations.
• Roof & Exterior: Inspect for leaks, cracks, or visible wear that could lead to future issues.
• HVAC System: Confirm that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are functioning properly and have been maintained.
• Plumbing: Look for leaks, proper water pressure, and the condition of pipes, sinks, and drains.

2. Electrical Systems

• Wiring & Electrical Panels: Ensure that wiring and panels are in good condition, and there are no safety hazards.
• Lighting: Verify functional lighting in kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, and exits.
• Equipment Connections: Test electrical outlets (where accessible) and the connections to all major kitchen equipment.

3. Kitchen & Food Preparation Areas

• Equipment Condition: Inspect ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers for functionality, cleanliness, and maintenance records. Note: Current equipment owners will need to operate the equipment during our inspections.
• Ventilation & Exhaust Systems: Check if hoods and fans are operational and have been maintained.
• Sanitation & Cleanliness: Assess the cleanliness of all prep areas, utensils, and storage spaces.
• Work Flow Efficiency: Review the kitchen layout for an efficient flow of food preparation and service.

4. Food Storage

• Refrigeration Units: Confirm that refrigeration and freezer units maintain proper temperatures and are free of mold, rust, or leaks.
• Dry Storage: Ensure there is sufficient, well-organized dry storage for non-perishable items. Check for signs of pest infestation.

5. Fire Safety
