At Arch Inspections, we are committed to providing prompt, professional, and efficient service. To ensure clear communication and timely responses, we ask our clients to adhere to the following communication guidelines:

1. Office Hours

Our office is open seven days a week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (local time). On certain holidays we may operated at a reduced schedule. During these hours, we are available to address your inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with any other matters.

2. Accepted Methods of Communication

To ensure that your inquiries are handled efficiently, we recommend the following communication channels:

  • Phone: You can reach us at 201.298.3722 during office hours. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message, and we will return your call within no more than 48 hours.
  • Text Messages: During the day, our phone availability is limited to due in field or other client related operations. Communications via text are preferred during  the day as it will be handled in a more rapid fashion.
  • Email: For non-urgent matters, please email [email protected]. We strive to respond to all emails within one business day.

3. Average Turnaround Time for Missed Calls

If we miss your call, rest assured that we will return it within 48 hours during business days. Calls received after hours or on weekends will be addressed on the next business day.

4. Emergencies and Time-Sensitive Matters

For urgent matters, please use the following guidelines:

  • Phone: If your matter is urgent, please call 201.298.3722 and leave a message on our emergency extension.
  • Email: For time-sensitive emails, please include “TIME SENSITIVE” in the subject line. This will help us prioritize your inquiry. We will make every effort to respond to urgent matters as quickly as possible.

5. Unacceptable Methods of Communication

To maintain professionalism and ensure the security of your information, we do not accept the following forms of communication:

  • Text Messages: Please refrain from sending text messages after business hours as they are not monitored for business correspondence.
  • Social Media Messaging: While we are active on social media, we do not handle client inquiries or business-related communication through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

6. Connecting Online

For professional networking, we encourage you to reach out to us via email as it’s our most preferred platform.

7. Submitting Inquiries Regarding Your Account or File

For any inquiries related to your account or specific files, please direct your questions to [email protected] or contact us via phone during office hours. This will ensure your inquiry is handled by the appropriate team member promptly.
