I contacted Frank at Arch Inspections as I was in process of buying a business, the building was old, so I wanted a professional to inspect the property prior to me buying it. Arch Inspectors were very quick to respond to my request. Frank personally reached out to me to discuss the property, understand it and provide what his services cover. An estimate was sent by email. After my review, I made a slight adjustment, which was quickly amended, and my appointment was booked. Arch Inspections continued communicating with me via email. I met Frank at the property, right on time and he explained what he would be doing and how long the inspection would take. Frank was thorough, asked great questions and provided professional feedback. Frank and I recapped at the end and in a few days, I have a full report with photos and explanations of each area of the property. Frank, is a great inspector to work with. He took his time to run a very through inspection of the home and pointed to us everything that we need to be aware. He was also very patient answering our questions and providing helpful advises. We received a detailed report of the inspection with photos and notes of his findings. Update: I had Frank come out again to do a more thorough assessment. He was just as easy to work with as the first time around. We scheduled around some unexpected schedule conflicts. Then he talked through each observation in lamens terms, so that I would fully understand the written report.

Frank was easy to work with and very responsive. He also made sure I understood his assessment and recommendations given my lack of knowledge on the subject.
