Frank, is a great inspector to work with. He took his time to run a very through inspection of the home and pointed to us everything that we need to be aware. He was also very patient answering our questions and providing helpful advises. We received a detailed report of the inspection with photos and notes of his findings. Update: I had Frank come out again to do a more thorough assessment. He was just as easy to work with as the first time around. We scheduled around some unexpected schedule conflicts. Then he talked through each observation in lamens terms, so that I would fully understand the written report.
