Life happens we understand. Blocking out our calendar for your inspection only to have it cancelled before hand costs our business money, and this is why we do charge a cancellation fee
Our cancellation fees (percentage of inspection costs) are based on the following notification requirements:
- Within 72 hours we charge a 10% cancellation fee.
- Within 24 hours we charge a 50% cancellation fee.
- When the inspector is on-site we charge 100% of the inspection fee.
Also note, these charges are reimbursable as credits for future inspection services.
